Terms of Use

By creating a CarJuice account, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Community content

CarJuice lets you submit station ratings and status reports, and message other users you connect with. You agree not to post or send content that is:

• Illegal, threatening, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Spam, or unrelated to EV charging
• Impersonating another person or organization
• False station status reports submitted in bad faith

3. Charging location submissions

CarJuice lets you submit home, workplace, or other private charging locations for other users to discover, along with photos and proof that you own or have the right to host the location (e.g. a utility bill or permit). By submitting, you confirm the proof you provide is genuine and grant CarJuice a license to display the location and photos you submit if approved. Proof-of-ownership files are reviewed by CarJuice admins only and are never shown publicly. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected at our discretion; submitting false, fraudulent, or unauthorized location information may result in account suspension.

4. Moderation

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice for serious or repeated violations.

5. Reporting and blocking

If another user's content or messages violate these terms, use the in-app Report or Block controls. We review reports and take action as appropriate.

6. No warranty

Charging station data, live status, and ratings are provided by CarJuice and other users on a best-effort basis and may be inaccurate or out of date. CarJuice is not responsible for the condition or availability of any third-party charging station.
